TODDLER BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (AGES 3.5-5)

Begin at a young age! Children aged 3.5 to 5 engage in a 45-minute class, their initial introduction to jiu-jitsu in an enjoyable and educational manner. Through games and structured activities, we use engaging language to teach fundamental jiu-jitsu techniques, fostering motor skills, attentiveness, sociability, discipline, and friendships.


YOUTH BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Using an engaging and technical method to enhance children's combat sports abilities in a safe and dynamic setting. The instructors' challenges support growth, teaching discipline, respect, leadership, motor skills, and anti-bullying strategies.


ADULT BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

In recent years, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) has garnered significant interest, and the reasons are clear. Tailored for practical use, BJJ stands out as a crucial self-defense skill that everyone should acquire.
