


PROGRAMS
At Alliance Jiu Jitsu Inland Empire, we’ve designed our programs to meet students at every stage of their journey—from their very first day on the mats to advanced competition training. Each program follows the proven Alliance curriculum, ensuring structure, safety, and steady progress for all ages.
Baby Eagles (Ages 3–5)
Our youngest students are introduced to Jiu Jitsu through fun, interactive games that develop balance, coordination, and listening skills. This program builds a strong foundation for both martial arts and life.
Little Eagles (Ages 6–8)
Students begin learning fundamental Jiu Jitsu techniques while building discipline, confidence, and teamwork. Classes emphasize focus and respect, helping kids grow both on and off the mats.
Juniors (Ages 9–13)
This program challenges kids and pre-teens with advanced drills, techniques, and controlled sparring. Students learn responsibility, perseverance, and leadership while preparing for competition or self-defense.
Teens & Adults – Fundamentals
Designed for beginners, this program teaches the essential movements, techniques, and concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Students gain confidence while improving fitness, self-defense skills, and overall well-being.
All Levels & Advanced Training
For those with experience, these classes refine technique, strategy, and conditioning. Students work alongside motivated teammates to sharpen their game and prepare for higher-level training and competition.
Women’s Program
Led in a supportive, empowering environment, our women’s classes focus on self-defense, conditioning, and confidence building. This program creates a strong community where women can thrive together.




CHOOSE A PROGRAM BELOW
TODDLER BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (AGES 3.5-7)
Begin at a young age! Children aged 3.5 to 7 engage in a 45-minute class, their initial introduction to jiu-jitsu in an enjoyable and educational manner. Through games and structured activities, we use engaging language to teach fundamental jiu-jitsu techniques, fostering motor skills, attentiveness, sociability, discipline, and friendships.


YOUTH BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Using an engaging and technical method to enhance children's combat sports abilities in a safe and dynamic setting. The instructors' challenges support growth, teaching discipline, respect, leadership, motor skills, and anti-bullying strategies all in a 1 hour block of time!


ADULT BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
In recent years, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) has garnered significant interest, and the reasons are clear. Tailored for practical use, BJJ stands out as a crucial self-defense skill that everyone should acquire. Emphasizing ground-level combat, BJJ incorporates holds, throws, and a range of submission techniques, making it particularly effective for confronting larger opponents without causing harm.


WOMEN ONLY BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Our Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu program provides a supportive, empowering environment where women can train together, build confidence, and learn practical self-defense skills. Led by experienced female instructors, these classes focus on technique, fitness, and community—helping women of all backgrounds feel comfortable, strong, and capable both on and off the mats.
